Do
you print the photos out on an inkjet?
No. As part of my commitment to quality, all of the photos
are printed on photographic paper by a professional lab.

type of framing materials do you use?
The frames are
metal, Nielsen 11 profile.
All of the mats and mounting materials are acid
free and include the photographer's original signature.

color are the frame and the mat?
The frames that I use are
Contrast Grey Nielsen 11 metal frames
which are a dark
gray. The mats are white, Bainbridge acid free mats.

It is possible to order a custom frame and mat.

I need to order a framed photograph?
No. All of the photographs are offered without
the frame so that you can frame them yourself.
All of the photographs include a white, Bainbridge acid
free mat with the photographer's original signature.

Some of the photographs can be ordered in larger
sizes. Contact me and we can discuss options and
prices.

How
long after I place my order will I receive
the photographs?
You will receive your order in approximately
10 business days. The exception is if you
pay by check in which case the order will
not be processed until the check has cleared.

What
forms of payment do you take?
You can pay either by check or by credit
card through PayPal. If you pay by check,
your order will only be processed once
your check has cleared the bank.

it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Once you are ready to check out, you
will be sent to the PayPal web site to
enter your credit card information. All
credit card transactions are handled by
PayPal through their secure server. PayPal
automatically encrypts your confidential
information using the Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) protocol with an encryption key length
of 128 bits.

is an ECheck?
An ECheck is a form of payment offered
by PayPal which is similar to an electronic
check. Using the PayPal secure server,
you enter a bank account number from which
you would like to withdraw the cost of
your order. PayPal contacts your bank and
the funds are electronically withdrawn
from your account. You are giving your
account number to PayPal and not to me
and I never see it. Once the funds have
been transferred, PayPal contacts me with
your order information and I process your
order.
